How Should I Take Care Of My Jewelry?
We recommend keeping your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume, and cosmetics. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces, which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing. We also suggest removing your jewelry before sleeping, showering, bathing, swimming, or engaging in any other activities that cause friction or contact with moisture.

When you are not wearing your jewelry, we encourage you to store it in your original Ana Luisa pouch (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain luster and prolong its life. You can add yourself to a waitlist for a sold out product by navigating to the product page and clicking the “Notify Me When Available” button. We will send you an email notification as soon as the product is available for purchase again.

If the product you are looking for is no longer on our website, it means this style is retired and we do not have plans to restock it.
Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Yes! Digital Gift Cards are available for purchase here in denominations of IDR 500,000, 1,000,000, 1,500,000, 2,000,000, 2,500,000. Please note that Digital Gift Cards are only available to Indonesian customers. We do not offer gift cards for international customers at this time.

After purchasing a Digital Gift Card, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a separate email with your unique 16-digit gift card number and a link to access the gift card. If you are giving this gift card to someone else, we recommend forwarding the email with the card number and link to them. Where Do I Enter My Gift Card or Discount Code?
You can apply a discount code or Digital Gift Card to your order on our checkout page. Enter the gift card number or discount code in the field labeled “Gift card or discount code” (be sure to click “Apply” before proceeding to the next page). Please note we can only honor one discount code per order. Digital Gift Cards are only available to Indonesian customers.
Can I Add A Gift Note To My Order?
Domestic Orders (within Indonesia)

To add a gift note to your order, click the “Add a gift note” button from the shopping cart before clicking “Continue to Checkout.” Please note that gift notes on domestic orders have a 130 character limit.

International Orders

To add a gift note to your order, navigate to the checkout page and scroll down until you see a field to type in your gift message. If you add a gift note in the shopping cart and do not add it on the checkout page, it will not be included in the final order. Please note that gift notes on international orders have a 90 character limit.

I Want To Change Or Cancel My Order.
We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. Why Is My Order Still "PENDING?"
As our manual bank transfers payment confirmation is done manually, we usually check our accounts during business days from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm). Please allow at least 12 Hours within a working day for any payment confirmation. Any transfers done during the weekend or after hours will only be processed on the next working day.
Why Is My Order Cancelled?
Your order will be cancelled automatically if it passes the maximum payment time of 12 hours.

Do I Have To Confirm Payment?

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Visa, Permata Bank, BNI, Atome, BCA, Mandiri, GoPAY, Mastercard. We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page. If you do not see a specific payment method listed on the checkout page, it means we do not accept that payment method.

At this time, we are unable to split payment between multiple payment methods and we do not offer cash on delivery (COD).

    What Is Your Return Policy?
    Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. The pieces have to be returned within 10 days from the day the order was shipped (for local and international orders) in exchange for the website's Store Credit only. We do not issue cash refunds. Only jewellery that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged. Sale, pre-orders, discounted (using coupon code) and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.

    We do not accept complaints without video proof. We kindly recommend you to record a clear video before opening the package for claims, returns or exchanges- in case you received faulty goods.

    For exchanges and returns, our team will issue you store credit to your account after you have completed the return portal (for domestic returns) or filled the return form (for international returns), sent back the item(s), and our warehouse team has received the return. Please allow up to 24 hours after the warehouse team has received the item for the store credit to appear in your account.

    You may use the store credit to place another order on the item you would like to be exchanged. If the item requested is not available in stock, you may use the store credit for any other items in our site. There is a one year expiration date in your store credit.

    Return Procedure
    For returns in Indonesia:

    Follow this link to our digital return portal. Select the item you wish to return, provide your return reason, and pick your return shipping method. We will automatically create a return shipping label for you. Print and paste the label or simply hand write your tracking number on the outside of the package. We are happy to support both dropoff and pickup shipping options for maximum convenience.

    Note: Shipping costs will be deducted from your Store Credit. Packages lost in transit will not be reimbursed or handled by us.

    International Returns

    Please note that any shipping fee, tax and customs charges incurred will be handled by you. In the event that we get charged any additional fees, these fees will be deducted from your store credit.
    Do You Issue Refunds?
    No, we do not issue cash refund. We only issue refunds in form of store credit. Store credits are valid for a year after it is issued.


    Store credits are strictly not exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. Sale, vouchers, coupons, shipping fees, and other promotions will not be returned to your store credit. For example, if you used a 100,000 IDR voucher on your purchases, it will not be returned. ANDALL reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criteria. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system. Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost (deducted from store credit), or discarded if you do not claim it within 7 days after we notify you.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipping carrier has dropped them off at their destination.
